She made some really good suggestions to use filler in certain areas so that it would be a very subtle change. She took great care of me not just during the procesure, but also afterwards, checking in weekly until we made sure I was completely healed.

Despite my skepticism, I was pleasantly surprised by the results of the treatment. Dr. Tulsi is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, warm, friendly, and thorough in her consultations. I was pleasantly surprised my very sensitive skin tolerated the treatment well with no purging or downtime after.  My skin glowed for days. I was really impressed with the results! I went to a couple of popular med spas in the Chicago area with high hopes, but none even came close to the care and consideration I received from Dr. Tulsi. I went to her for Botox in the platysma (neck) and jaw. Then later returned for units in my traps. We also did a few units to refresh and lift my brow/forehead in a way that maintained my natural look. She listened to me, asked about my goals, and really took time to understand my concerns so that she could make additional recommendations. She also has a gentle touch, and personally reaches out to check on you a few days after treatment. I’m happy to say that I have found my new go-to and recommend her to everyone!
