Tulsi is great! I wanted a bit of a youth boost while still looking very natural. She made some really good suggestions to use filler in certain areas so that it would be a very subtle change. She took great care of me not just during the procesure, but also afterwards, checking in weekly until we made sure I was completely healed.I will definitely go back to her and recommend her to others.
I could not be happier with my experience with Dr. Kotecha. She is very professional, thorough, flexible and friendly, and I appreciated that she preemptively scheduled a follow-up appointment after Xeomin to ensure everything was to my liking (which it was, no tweaks necessary). I will absolutely be back!
I recently had my second visit with Dr. Tulsi for Xeomin, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Despite my skepticism, I was pleasantly surprised by the results of the treatment. Dr. Tulsi is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, warm, friendly, and thorough in her consultations. Most importantly, she was able to address my chronic migraine pain, something I’ve struggled with daily and found no relief for until now. I am a very satisfied customer and would strongly recommend her services. 5 out of 5 stars!

I had a hydrafacial with Dr. Kotecha and my skin looked like GLASS afterwards. I was pleasantly surprised my very sensitive skin tolerated the treatment well with no purging or downtime after. My skin glowed for days. I was really impressed with the results! I would definitely do again and recommend to anyone who needs a little glow up! Dr. Kotecha is the best!

Dr. Tulsi is excellent. I went to a couple of popular med spas in the Chicago area with high hopes, but none even came close to the care and consideration I received from Dr. Tulsi. I went to her for Botox in the platysma (neck) and jaw. Then later returned for units in my traps. We also did a few units to refresh and lift my brow/forehead in a way that maintained my natural look. She listened to me, asked about my goals, and really took time to understand my concerns so that she could make additional recommendations. She also has a gentle touch, and personally reaches out to check on you a few days after treatment. I’m happy to say that I have found my new go-to and recommend her to everyone!
I had Botox today with Dr. Tulsi and she was top notch from start to finish!! I will be seeing her soon for more treatments. Highly recommend:)

I’ve had two sessions with Dr. Tulsi so far, with more to come, and they’ve both been great! She is friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled; her expertise and empathy make you feel very welcome and comfortable. I am getting microneedling, PRP, and the neolase done with her all at once. It’s been impressive how she manages everything, and each recovery period has been smooth and swift. Dr. Tulsi does an excellent job with the procedures. I went in with some hesitation but any concerns were quickly laid to rest. I receive a numbing cream for my procedures, so I like to say even the microneedling just feels like having an electric toothbrush run over my face. She is transparent about pricing, flexible with scheduling, and conscientious with her recommendations. I’m happy with my experiences and I definitely recommend this practice!
